A small site that grades, tests and lists your Amazon returns on eBay. Monthly tier plus 27.9% per sale, eBay fees included. Three minutes from Craner & Kirkman.
The Sorting Centre is a 3,000 sq ft unit, a three minute drive from Craner & Kirkman. Tom Singleton set it up for one purpose: to stop Amazon sellers losing money on returns.
FBA removal orders arrive at the door. The team grades each unit, tests the ones that need testing, photographs them, and writes a listing that goes live on The Sorting Centre's own eBay account. You pay a monthly tier based on how many units you send in. When a unit sells, we take 27.9% plus 80p and postage off the sale price, and the rest is rebated to you in a single payment at the end of the month.
It is deliberately small. One site, one team, one rate card.
Your returns arrive from Amazon FBA. We list them on The Sorting Centre eBay account, then rebate you monthly. Royal Mail handles the in and out. Craner & Kirkman is three minutes down the road.
Every unit that lands at the door moves through these six steps before it goes live on eBay. Same process every time, no matter the SKU.

You send a removal order to our address. We unpack each box, log every unit against your account and sort it into its own bin before it moves to grading.

Each unit gets a condition grade by eye. Grade is written into the listing so the buyer knows what they are getting.

Anything electronic gets powered up and tested. Pass or fail noted against the unit.

Front, back, packaging, any damage. Shot on a plain background so the listing looks honest.

We write the title, the description and set the price against recent sold comps. It goes live on The Sorting Centre eBay account within 48 hours. When a unit sells, your share is pooled and paid out as a single monthly rebate.

A flat monthly fee that steps up with the number of units you send in, plus a per-sale commission on the units that actually sell. The commission already includes eBay's 12.9%, so nothing else stacks on top.
Four hands-on jobs on a single bench. Your FBA return comes in, we do all four to it, it goes out as an eBay listing on your account.
Every unit gets a condition grade that goes straight into the listing, so buyers know exactly what they are getting.
Anything with a battery or a plug gets powered up. Pass or fail noted against the unit before it gets listed.
Four clean photos of every unit on a plain background. Any damage gets its own close-up, nothing hidden.
Listing written, priced against recent sold comps, and posted live on The Sorting Centre eBay. Your rebate lands monthly, one line per SKU.
The setup is deliberately boring. Send your removal order to our address, we do the work on the bench, sales happen on our eBay, and your rebate lands monthly.
You raise an FBA removal order in Seller Central and put our address as the destination. When the box hits the door we unpack it, count it in, and confirm receipt on your account.
On the bench, every unit gets graded, tested where needed, inspected and photographed. Then it is listed on The Sorting Centre eBay account with a title, description and a price based on recent sold comps.
When a unit sells, we pack it and post it. eBay pays us, we deduct 27.9% plus 80p and postage, and rebate the rest to you in a single payment at month end. Your monthly tier bills alongside. That is the whole arrangement.
Send us a rough idea of how many units a month you remove from FBA, we will tell you the tier you would sit on. No contract, no minimum, one page of terms.
